Green Smoothie


This smoothie is great way to start your day. It is loaded with all natural ingredients that help boost energy and immunity. Cheers!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large handful of spinach leaves
  • ½ banana (sliced and frozen)
  • 1 orange (sliced into sections)
  • ½ mango (diced and frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
