Protein Balls!

These are such a great snack to tie you over between meals, are perfect for the office, and you can get as creative as you'd like :)

Yield: about 20 balls

Calories: 67
Fat: 3.5 grams
Protein: 3 grams

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup of old fashioned Oats
  • 1 packet of Perfect Fit Protein*
  • ½ cup of natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup of local/organic Honey
  • A dash of Vanilla Extract
  • A few chopped chocolate chips and almonds
  • A few taps of cinnamon (not pictured)
DIRECTIONS
  1. In medium size pan, turn the stove to low heat and melt the peanut butter and honey until it is a runny consistency.
  2. Mix in oats, protein, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nuts, and chocolate chips.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are well coated, then set the pan in the fridge for about 45 minutes.
  4. When cooled, roll into small bite sized balls and enjoy!
