More Shish Kabobs!


INGREDIENTS
  • A good cut of beef, cut into one inch cubes
  • Assorted vegetables- Yellow onion, Red, Orange and Green Bell Peppers
  • Italian dressing, for marinade
DIRECTIONS
  1. Marinate the meat for 24 hours
  2. Soak the bamboo skewers for at least 20 minutes to avoid catching on fire.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Once all of the veggies have been cut into one inch pieces, start placing the veggies and beef in an alternating arrangement on the skewer.
  5. Place on the grill for 2 minutes; turn 90° every 2 minutes so the meat is evenly cooked and not burnt on one side.
The best part is clean up is a breeze! Enjoy :)
