London Broil


When paired with the Arugula-Parmesan Salad and Gruyère Mashed Potatoes, this makes a wonderful date night meal :)

INGREDIENTS (all eyeball measurements)
  • Round Steak cut
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • EVOO
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • Red wine
  • Garlic cloves
  • Lemon zest
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Marinate the steak overnight in a Ziplock bag.
  2. For the marinade, I used a whole bottle of Worcestershire Sauce, some EVOO, some Teriyaki, 4 cloves of garlic, Lemon Zest, some red wine, and salt and pepper.
  3. Heat grill (medium to medium-high heat)
  4. Cook steak for bout 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. Slice steak and serve immediately. Enjoy!
