Shish Kabobs

  • A good cut of steak
  • Assorted bell peppers
  • Red onion
  • Squash
  • Fresh thyme
  • Garlic cloves
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • non stick cooking spray 
(for the steak)
  1. Cut the steak into 1 inch cubes
  2. Place the cubes, garlic cloves and thyme in a gallon Ziplock bag
  3. Pour Worcestershire sauce in Ziplock until all the meat is covered.
  4. Marinate for 24 hours
(for the veggies)
  1. Slice the squash, bell peppers and red onion
  2. Place in a smaller Ziplock bag and fill with Italian dressing
  3. Marinate for 24 hours
*The next day, place the steak and veggies on skewers. Cook on the grill over medium-high heat leaving the lid open, turning 90° every few minutes.
