Curried Chicken Salad


INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 5 oz. cooked, shredded chicken
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo and chicken.
  2. Add curry and almonds.
  3. Chill overnight, so the curry can blend.
  4. Serve over crackers (Ritz; Chicken in a Biskit) or bread and enjoy!
