Lemon Peppered Tilapia


I have been wanting to incorporate more fish into my diet on a weekly basis. While at the store, I picked up a tilapia fillet and made it for lunch today.

I seasoned each side with Sauer's Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Then I cooked it on the stove top over medium heat for about a minute and a half to two minutes on each side.

This paired perfectly with fresh blueberries (their sweet/tartness helped balance out the peppery flavor) and Zico Coconut Water.
Not only was this a refreshing meal, but maybe it is a sign that I miss the beach!
