Smoked Salmon Crostinis

I had come across a smoked salmon crostini recipe right before Christmas and altered a few ingredients to make it my own.

Serves 20
  • French baguette, thinly sliced
  • 1 tub cream cheese (I used Philadelphia Chive and Onion)
  • Smoked Salmon, cut lox style (I used 1 pkg. Kroger's Private Selection Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced)
  • Fresh Dill
Apply the cream cheese liberally over each slice of bread. Then layer the smoked salmon and garnish with dill. It's that easy and that yummy!

**You can also toast the bread. Brush slices with olive oil and garlic. Bake at 350 until edges are golden brown. Allow slices to cool completely before spreading the cream cheese**
